Pentagon IDs American killed in Iraq hostage rescue

The Pentagon identified U.S. Delta Force solider, MSgt Joshua Wheeler, of the Headquarters of the U.S. Army Special Operations Comamand at Fort Bragg, NC who died participating in the rescue of 70 hostages in northern Iraq. According to CNN News, MSgt Wheeler is the first American killed in combat since November 2011.
